Auto Renewal - Only for payments made other than Indian Currency:
In order to ensure that members have uninterrupted access to Churchmatrimony.net services, for all those members who have made online payment , will be automatically renewed on the day of the membership expiry. Members will be intimated a week in advance, prior to auto renewal and on the day of auto-renewal, an e-mail intimation will be sent to the member about the auto renewal process. The membership will automatically be renewed by charging the membership fee to the credit card, which was used to make the initial payment. Members have an option to turn off the auto renewal process. 7 days prior to auto renewal the member will be intimated by e-mail with an option to cancel auto renewal. On the day of renewal, once again the member will receive an e-mail with a cancellation option.
9. Online Conduct
You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through Churchmatrimony.net's services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

Churchmatrimony.net reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields. If any abusive content is found in your video clipping, Churchmatrimony.net has the right to suspend your profile.

13. Right to form Consortium/Associates

18. Offers and discounts
Churchmatrimony.net reserves the right to offer discounts on the membership fee and/or annual subscription fee of this product. Availing a discount / offer on a particular year would not make a user eligible to avail discount every year, unless explicitly communicated in writing by Churchmatrimony.net.
Cancellation / Discontinuation
If you want to discontinue the services (benefits of this pack) at any point of time, you can still enjoy listed paid benefits till the end of that year of membership. On your request, the membership will be discontinued from the next year onwards. Under no circumstances refunds would be made if membership is cancelled at any point in time. Maximum package validity is 6 years or user's marriage, whichever is earlier.
Churchmatrimony.net reserves the right to discontinue the product at any time. However, if you have already bought the product, you'll continue to enjoy the benefits till the period specified.
Churchmatrimony.net reserves the right to change product features at any time. However, you'll continue to enjoy the benefits that were offered when you bought the product.
Churchmatrimony.net reserves the right to cancel your membership at any point of time, if malicious activity is suspected. In such cases membership fees will not be refunded. Malicious activity includes but is not limited to:
● Using product for brokerage purposes, as this product is intended for personal use ONLY.
● Using product without the intent of marriage.
